MLM is NOT a business, It never pays off except for the top tier (The folks who put it together). It is for people to rip other people off. It takes advantage of people who are looking for a quick buck usually those in our society who are poor or desperate.
Tell ya what in 10 years you come to me and show me your bank statement, if it's more than $1,000,000 cash I'll eat it! According to all the "MLM" schemes I've heard this is not supposed to be too difficult to achieve.

A legitamate company and business, 35 years in business, and Voted Consumers Digest "Best Buy" Not a pyramid scheme.
I have done very well at this business because we sell a viable legitamate product with NSF certification. This is a product that people actualy need and want..!

I dont really care what my downline does, because I make more on my sales than the commisions I earn from them. If your interested..give me a call.
I do not recall signing up for MLM. However, I did hear some bad rumors about it. But from what you mentioned so far, I am guessing that your downline works like a referral since you get some amount of money that your downline makes. Am I correct? If not, I apologize. However, if I am right…I would say you consider them as partners and not employees. You shouldn't "push" them. You should "encourage" them. I am not in MLM, but I was in something similar to it. What you earn probably depends how much you are willing to do. I will do some more research on this.
In addition, if you are looking for places to start a business or just to earn a little income…I will can recommend you some websites. SFI might be able to help you if you want to start a business. I would say that you should definitely check it out. If you are interested in doing other thing to earn extra income (surveys, cash offer, games, and shopping), you can check out sendearnings. If you love writing or have extra essays lying around in your bedroom, you can try and submit. Associatedcontent and myessays are probably cool places to look at. Even if you are not interested, I would still say check these out.
I have recently joined a friend because the products actually helped me feel better and greatly improved my physical appearance. As for down line I only sign up someone who has tried the product(s) and are happy with the products. So for me they are friends that are helping themselves to a healthier and happier life. My personal volume is about $170 per month whole sale and the little extra from my down line pays for most of my purchases. If you would like more detailed information please contact me.
