Unfortunately, no natural product can make any medical claims on their own (although doctors reviewing products can), but there are several products that help to maintain a healthy balance of blood pressure. There's Fish Oil, Hawthorn, L-Arginine, C12 Peption, Bonito Peptides, Garlic, and Coleus Forskohlii.
I work as an herbalist and an iridologist. There are a few products that we use for High Blood Pressure, but they are also used for heart conditions as well as poor circulation. Usually High Blood pressure goes hand in hand with poor circulation. This treatment plan is labeled as "Suggested Heart Treatment" but as I said above, it is the same things used for high blood pressure and poor circlation.
Below is the link to where you can take a look at and read about each of the products. We can't make any claims that it will "cure" you, but the people who use this treatment plan say that their blood pressure is lowered, circulation is improved as well as vericose veins disappear.
Try Coenzyme Q10. There is a lot of good published information on it helping high blood pressure. Be sure to take the recommended dose and give it time to work.
You can check online for reputable sellers, such as iherb.com to get it at a good price.
See the website link below for some information on natural alternatives. I would suggest trying one supplement at a time so you will know which one is helping you.
Good luck!
Besides fish oil, garlic and apple cider vinegar there are numerous others that you can find in a web search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".
There is no substitute for going to a medical herbalist, but cramp bark (Viburnum opulus) and hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacanthoides) are effective at lowering BP. Mistletoe (Viscum album) works by damaging the heart muscle, so don't use it. If there is an element of psychogenic stress, calming herbs such as valerian, chamomile or betony could help. There are many other causes of high blood pressure, but all are quite unusual, so it's difficult to discuss. Another approach is to strengthen blood vessel walls so that the effort the heart is putting in is more concentrated on the blood vessels, and this can be done with flavonoids such as are found in buckwheat, rue (but that's toxic, so consult a herbalist), lemon and any source of vitamin C.
I have good evidence that these work because i monitor my patients' blood pressure and find that it tends to reduce steadily.
